These Terms govern your use of Nenis. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use Nenis.
You need an account to use Nenis, and you must be at least 18 years old. By creating an account you confirm that you are. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for what happens under your account.
Nenis is paid. There is no free tier and no subscription. Creating an account does not include any credits — you buy a credit pack, and the exact cost of an action is shown before you run it.
Credits never expire. They stay in your balance until you use them, and one balance works across every model, tool, and template.
When you start a job, the credits it will cost are placed on hold. They are charged when the job succeeds and returned to your balance if it fails. You are not charged for a job that fails. If a job never returns a result, the hold is released automatically.
Payments are handled by Stripe, and your purchase is also subject to Stripe's terms. Prices include applicable taxes where we are required to charge them.
Credits you have not spent are refundable for 14 days. If you change your mind within 14 days of buying, email us and we will refund the credits still sitting in your balance. You do not need to give a reason, and we will not ask you for one.
Credits you have already spent are not refundable. Running a generation costs us real money with the model provider at the moment you run it, and that cost cannot be undone once the result exists. This is the only part of a purchase we cannot give back.
If a result went wrong, that is a different conversation — a failed job never costs you credits in the first place, and if something slipped through, tell us and we will put it right. Write to [email protected]. We would much rather hear from you than have you go to your bank.
We may also refund beyond what this section requires, at our discretion, where the circumstances warrant it. A refund we grant is a decision about that situation, not a precedent for any other request.
Where we do refund, we remove the matching share of credits from your balance. Your balance will not go below zero; any shortfall is recorded and we may review the account before allowing further purchases.
If mandatory consumer law where you live gives you a right that cannot be excluded by agreement, that right applies regardless of this section.
We log security events and rate-limit requests to protect the service. If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us first — we would rather fix it than argue with your bank. Accounts used to abuse the chargeback process, or created in bulk to get around limits, may be suspended or terminated.

The models we route to also apply their own content rules, and a request may be refused by a provider even where these Terms would allow it.
You keep ownership of what you upload. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce, and transmit it strictly to operate the service for you — which includes sending it to the model provider you selected. We do not train AI models on your content, and that licence ends when you delete the content or your account.
You own the images and videos you generate, as far as we are able to grant that. Two honest caveats: the model provider's own terms also apply to what their model produces, and in many countries the copyright status of AI-generated images is unsettled. We cannot promise you an enforceable copyright in generated media, and we cannot guarantee that a result is free of resemblance to existing work. You are responsible for checking that your use of a result is lawful.
Gemini video interactions may be retained by Google for up to seven days to support Edit and Extend when that account setting is enabled. You can remove a video's edit history earlier. Uploaded-video editing is subject to Google's regional availability and may be unavailable where you are.
Your results stay in your gallery while your account is active, unless you delete them or we must remove them to operate or protect the service.
We may change, suspend, or withdraw parts of the service, including individual models, when a provider retires them or they stop being viable for us to offer. We take the service down for maintenance from time to time. Where a change is significant and planned, we will give notice. Credits you already hold remain usable across whatever models are available.
You can delete your account at any time from your settings. Outside the 14-day window in section 3, unused credits are not refunded when you do, and closing your account is not a way to cash out an old balance.
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms. Unused credits on a terminated account are forfeited.
The service is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular model will produce a result you are satisfied with. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer protection law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict of law rules. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in, and you may bring proceedings there.
We may update these Terms. The date at the top reflects the current version, and we will give notice of significant changes before they take effect. Continuing to use Nenis after that means you accept them.
